Welcome to our new construction tiny home on the Kenai Peninsula! Our property is a cozy one bedroom, one bathroom, has brand new furnishings, a fully outfitted kitchen & plenty of space to park. The Kenai Peninsula is an ideal hub for all of your outdoor adventures. Enjoy fishing on the Kenai river, hiking, sight seeing & fly out guide tours in the summer & ice fishing, snowshoeing, skiing, & so much more in the winter! Please note: we don't have wifi & we have a very strict NON SMOKING policy.

(The lower deck is temporarily closed for repairs but the upper deck and the gazebo are still open). Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled on 16.7 acres of Alaskan land with access to a private lake. The perfect place to relax after a long day of adventure. (Property is shared with a main house, another cabin, and yurt) but there is plenty of space for privacy. Please please be certain of your booking dates. Cancelling reservations negatively impacts our small business.

A laundry facility is available for your convenience. A private outdoor deck overlooks the wooded property. Just minutes from downtown Soldotna & Kenai. Water filtration system updated in 2023. 150Mbps high speed internet. (The Upper Unit with 2BRs is called Birch Bend Upper--Airbnb #51415901).

Cabin is small, cozy and clean. Full bed and single downstairs. Ladder loft has space for 2. Pets ok with extra fee. No bathroom in cabin,a mermaid outhouse nearby and a summer outdoor hotwater shower and coldwater sink. Shared firepit. Wood is available,water nearby on property. Must register pets as they require an additional cleaning fee. 1 or 2 pets kept on leash and never left unattended. Please pick up after. TY Close to Kenai River, mtns and coast. Very relaxed and casual here!

Kitchen opens into the living area with partial view of the Caribou Hills, Longmere Lake and wooded southern exposure. Perfect for 2 couples, 3 solo travelers or a family. This little cabin has been a dream come true for my family. Over the course of the last five years we have purchased property on the Kenai Peninsula and LITERALLY developed everything you see on the land. Yes, our family cut in the driveway. Our family dug the water well. We had this cute little 14x32 foot cabin hauled in and sat on the gravel pad that WE cleared and leveled. It truly has been a labor of love and now we want to share it with others!
