Has a gas ,charcoal grill,fire pit, pool table, fooseball, ping pong table. Smart TV Private UTV trails are closed Oct 15th thru mid Jan for hunting. Access to public UTV trails.

Front covered porch with chairs, small patio in back with table, chairs, fire ring and partial privacy fence. We are a NO animals allowed property, & NO smoking in buildings.

The dual sided fireplace is visible while laying in bed, or lounging in the massage chair. The kitchenette has a mini fridge, 2 burner stove, coffee essentials, and a dishwasher. Take in the beautiful surroundings while reading a book out on your private deck. We have a restaurant next door as well!

Enjoy a nice fire or simply relax underneath the covered porch with a pond view. We are located near a train track so don’t be alarmed if one goes by.
