WHO DOESN'T LOVE SEALS? AND ABOUT BABY SEALS? EVERYBODY, RIGHT? They are amazing animals, cute and funny, and seeing them close it's an unforgettable experience! I'll pick you up at 8 am at Malmö central station, reachable in 30 minutes from Copenhagen, and trains every 20 minutes. We will drive for about 35 minutes; then we will leave the car and start a walk in the beautiful nature reserve, surrounded by the sea. While following the long peninsula, we can spot some of the birds breeding in the area, and at the end, we will approach a large number of seals. To not bother the animals, we will keep a safe distance, but don't worry: seals are very curious animals and will come close to us swimming along the shore. We will spend some time watching these beautiful mammals, inside or outside the water, while I will give you some information about them and the area. To make your experience even more unforgettable, I'll allow you to use my professional gear. I will help you to optimise your photographic skills: you'll have the opportunity of beautiful close-up shots that I will send you in a couple of days (after working on them). Depending on the weather, we will start going back to the car and then to Malmö.

The Kierkegaard experience
Experience the city that brought us Søren Kierkegaard You don’t need to be a philosopher to join this tour. If you enjoy a good story or just want to learn about Copenhagen’s history, this is the tour for you. The philosopher Søren Kierkegaard is one of the strangest figures Copenhagen has seen, and is undoubtedly one of the greatest minds to come out of this city as well as being a world-renowned philosopher! Born and raised in the capital, Kierkegaard (1813-1855) felt most at home walking the streets he knew better than most, talking to vendors, craftsmen and the ordinary people. On this walking tour through Copenhagen, you'll get the story of Kierkegaard's childhood, his growing up, his faith and philosophy (just a little), his struggles, mistakes and not least his unrequited love for Regine – to whom he dedicated his life’s work. The Copenhagen that Kierkegaard knew was quite different from today. With no sewerage, thousands of cows, pigs and horses, hundreds of thousands of rats – Copenhagen was known as one of the dirtiest cities in Europe. And yet it was: “Big enough to be a major city, small enough that there is no market price on human beings.” Other things to note Please note: the meeting place is NYTORV - and NOT Kongens Nytorv. :-)

☃️ Taste & Experience Danish Christmas
Christmas or Jul as we call it here in Denmark is often described as a magical time full of traditions. Unfortunately, our Christmas markets doesn’t really do Danish Christmas justice, so join me on this festive walking tour and discover the meaning behind Danish holiday traditions - both the new and the ancient ones dating all the way back to the Yuletide traditions of Viking times. Highlights - Discover Danish merry-making with a Copenhagen native and get a better understanding of Danish Christmas traditions – both past and present - Snack on holiday treats like Danish æbleskiver (a kind of Christmas doughnut), the best Gløgg (similar to mulled wine, but better!), gingerbread hearts and a Julebryg (Christmas beer) - Enjoy the festive atmosphere of holiday lights and Christmas decorations all over the city, while I let you in on the cool, odd and crazy secrets of them - Experience some of Copenhagen’s most charming places that highlight that elusive Danish Christmas hygge - Play the traditional Danish holiday game of pakke-spil that local families enjoy at Christmas time Other things to note Bring 2 gift-wrapped gifts worth DKK10 each for the pakkespil. We recommend to buy it at shops like Flying Tiger of Copenhagen or Søstrene Grene. Please wear warm clothes, since Copenhagen can be cold in December. If you have dietary needs, please message us in advance.
