Private dock, kayaks, bicycles (not fancy) and the possibility, weather and tides permitting, of a motorboat ride around the harbor. The Backpacker

Our "Backpacker" is a cute and cozy 96 sq.ft. of tiny house nirvana. Situated on a small tidal slough, it provides a beautiful natural setting for reflection and appreciation of that which is good in life. For those looking for luxury, the Backpacker is not for you (you may encounter bugs and it's really hot in summer). However, the Backpacker has a pretty cool vibe, and is extremely convenient to historic Charleston and Funky Folly Beach. The Backpacker is for backpackers and nature lovers.

The Oasis (Charming, Close, Sleeps 7)

The Oasis is a beautiful and comfortable townhome in Charleston, SC. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath sleeps 7 people! The airport, beach, downtown, golf courses, & concert venues are all approx. 20 min away. After enjoying Charleston's restaurants, tours, shops, beaches, golf, & entertainment, relax at The Oasis w/ 3 Roku TVs (70", 43", 43"). Drift off to dreams w/ King, Queen, Twin Loft, & Queen Sleeper Sofa options. Also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen. There is pool access in warmer weather.

Some features include dual shower heads, private washer & dryer and cozy seating area. Only 12 minutes to the airport and 4 minutes to I-526, the location is considered “centrally located.” 7 miles from downtown Charleston. 14 miles to Folly Beach. Close to many of the most popular wedding venues, plantations, and all the secret places the LowCountry has to offer.

Across the street from the Wando River and a short walk to Smythe Park on Daniel Island, this studio apartment is in a quiet spot of the island and perfect for a short visit to the Charleston area. *PLEASE NOTE - We are currently installing a pool in our backyard. The yard is a construction zone, but it does not impede on guests. For the meantime, we are taking reservation requests, so we can ensure you are ok with looking at a constructing pool rather than a nice backyard.

We are able to bring a single mattress out to the apartment for guests bringing a child, so the apartment can accommodate up to three (two adults and a child). Full kitchen with glass cook top, dish washer, full-sized refrigerator/freezer, toaster oven, etc. Includes linens, dishes and utensils. Washer/dryer en suite. Has Youtube TV, HBO Max, and wifi. 15 mins from airport, downtown Charleston, and beaches.

The Blue Bungalow- Central Park Circle

This 2 bedroom home in the heart of Park Circle has just undergone a full renovation. It is conveniently located. 10-15 min drive to downtown Charleston. It is a short walk to all the Park Circle restaurants, breweries, parks, bars, and more. Holy City Brewery, Firefly Distillery, and Riverfront park are right by the house. To enjoy the beach head about 25-35 min to Sullivans Island, Isle of Palms or Folly Beach. Please note there is a train track behind backyard fence.

Daniel Island Getaway

Welcome to your home away from home near Center Park on Daniel Island, located within 20 minutes from Downtown Charleston, Sullivan’s Island and Isle of Palms. This almost 600sqft above garage guest house has a separate bedroom and full bathroom in addition to a spacious living room with a Queen sofa bed and a kitchen area that will meet all of your basic needs. The kitchen includes a Keurig, microwave and griddle. There is even an outdoor shower for guests to use.

Dream Catcher Carriage House Daniel Island

Our carriage house apartment is located on a peaceful marsh on beautiful Daniel Island next to walking/biking paths. It is also walking distance to parks, shops, and restaurants. Daniel Island is approximately 15 to 20 minutes from the airport, downtown Charleston, and local beaches. All AirBnB rentals in Charleston & Daniel Island must have a business license. The application process was not easy but we did it! Dream Catcher's permit number is OP2018 00373.
