You enter your self contained room by it's own entrance. On the right is the bedroom and straight ahead is your toilet and shower. The kitchen and may be used for cooking on request, this also goes for the use of the washing machine. You may also use the garden, it has a chill area by the pond and also a gym. At the end of the garden there is a gate that leads onto a bridleway, turn rright and you can walk to Canterbury, left Rome.

This five-bedroom house is so close to Canterbury city centre that you’ll be able to walk to the many independent shops, bars and restaurants in just about 8 – 10 minutes. Still need a car? No problem, you’ll have access to on road parking. This house is fully furnished, with strong internet access, well presented and ready to receive its visitors. Spread over the ground and first floor with central heating system, living room, fitted kitchen and bathroom.

We're perfectly located, equidistant from the historic city centre of Canterbury and University of Kent, about 15 mins walk to each. We have 3 guest rooms, so you may need to share a bathroom. We live in the same house with you, and can advise on local places of interest. You have use of the kitchen and all appliances, there's tea, coffee and fruit available, a beautiful garden, table tennis table, piano, and an extremely friendly Irish Setter. Enjoy your stay :-)
