Millie is 60 yrs old, no granite countertops or stainless steel appliances. She has amazing views of the lake, the Green Mountains, native flowers/birds/deer/foxes etc. in their natural habitat. Private beach & boat access for our guests use. For over 20 years our guests say she’s clean, cozy & adorably quirky.

We are a 2 bdrm 1 bath bungalow located in Colchester VT, lakefront on the Mallet's Bay portion of Lake Champlain. There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. The lake is a bay section so the bottom is muddy, recommend water shoes! We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining. There is a small covered porch to sit on and a lake to look out on. We have 2 kayaks and a sup.
