Okay, well, it's a stream, but it's all yours to enjoy. For the nature lovers we have deer, beavers, ducks, nutria, fish, etc. (think wetlands). For everyone, the house (duplex) is fully equipped with a fireplace, BBQ, hot tub central gas heat and central AC. This is a bright, clean and cozy space to land for folks who love the suburbs (not in the city city but we are close drive to the city center) but want to be surrounded by nature. With ambient noise from the creek and highway.

Close by is the entrance to Forest Park, one of the largest urban parks, with 80 miles of trails.

Charming Quiet Backyard Cottage

Our little cottage is 280sqft with its own entrance and parking. It is a studio with a kitchenette and features a full bathroom with a large shower. We have a full size Murphy bed for 2 as well as a sofa. Our bernedoodle, Alyena, and our cats are always eager to welcome you. The dog is quite vocal but super friendly and just wants you to throw the ball for her, preferably all day long. We’re flexible about check in, just message us.

Enjoy and stay at our private garden suite located in the NW Cedar Hills neighborhood. The suite features a stylishly furnished living room and a newly added kitchenette. Upstairs has a master bedroom you will find a queen size bed, an ample size dresser and a spacious closet system. In the master bathroom, you will find a luxurious newly remodeled quartz shower with a double headed shower. There is also a double sink.
