Welcome to our cozy cottage conveniently located in the HEART of Broad Ripple Village; one of the best Cultural Districts in Indianapolis & close to Butler University; 1 block to Monon Trail. WALK over to the best brew pubs, restaurants, bars and local shops. You can spend your day exploring all Indy has to offer and in the evenings walk to pubs or dance clubs, or hang out at the cottage with a small campfire out back! It is a small space, ready for 4 easily, but more if needed. Pet friendly.

Cozy Midtown Retreat

I like to brag that this is the cutest studio apartment in the city. It's in a brick Arts & Crafts apartment building built in 1915 and retains a lot of its original architectural features. It's furnished with an eclectic mix of antiques & modern pieces, decorated with original & vintage artwork, & stocked with vintage dishes and silverware. If you like drinking from a Ball jar, this is the place for you! It's furnished for comfort and privacy. It's high ceiling and windows give it character.

Welcome to paradise on the White River in Indianapolis! I personally designed, built, and lived in this house for six years - one of the best periods of my life. Our beautiful home is just 3 blocks to Broad Ripple Avenue, so you can walk to everything the area has to offer such as restaurants, shopping, pubs, parks, and more. Take a stroll, ride a bike, or jog on the Monon Trail 1 block away. Enjoy a meal in the updated kitchen or relax in the fenced backyard with fire pit and hot tub (seasonal tub- closed May-September).

Minutes from downtown my space is perfect for a weekend away, a cozy bed while out traveling, or an easy effortless way to travel for work or one of Indy’s many great conventions.
