It is in used but well maintained condition. The garage is used as a workshop/storage by the owner. There is off road parking for one car. Undercover bicycle storage is available. The Lodge is unsuitable for children or pets. It is ideally located for cities, coast and countryside. Something for everyone.

Our gorgeous converted Tiny House offers you a cosy and comfortable getaway in one of the most scenic and historic corners of rural Wiltshire, just a couple of miles outside Salisbury. The house is situated within a private walled garden and the view looks across water meadows bordering the River Avon, towards the city's cathedral. The Tiny House is compact but perfectly designed to be cosy, (under floor heating and a log burner) comfortable and have everything you need for your stay.

The Old Dairy is a brick built, semi detached former milking parlour .
The space has an entrance, downstairs loo, large kitchen with washing machine. There is a living room, two sofas, TV, DVD, books and games.
Upstairs there are two large Kingsize en suite bedrooms. There is no separate garden, however guests are allowed to roam the 90 acres.
ONE well behaved dog allowed - on request!
