Walk into the light and bright open-ceiling living room and prepare to be wowed by epic panoramic views of surrounding avocado groves, vineyards and valleys. Enjoy your morning coffee or sunset dinner along with the accompanying ‘top of the world’ sensation on your spacious panoramic view deck. This 950 sq. ft. 1-bedroom penthouse was completely updated in 2022 and is nestled atop a gated, 5-acre avocado grove in a climate sweet spot where you get to enjoy coastal breezes without marine layer.

Cranberry Cabin

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic cozy cabin on the top of the mountain. A basecamp ready for your Palomar adventures. This is a tiny home, 19' x 11' (the bedroom is 11x11ft). Max sleeping capacity: 2 adults and one child under age 5. No AC. Valley views are from guest accessible property, not directly from the cabin porch. Max 2 dogs stay free - disclose bringing them. $100 cat cleaning fee on top of our $50 cleaning fee, and we will charge $200 if you fail to disclose your cat(s).

Detached, Small Private Studio, PET friendly!

There is private parking spot next to your unit and your unit is directly off the ALLEY. The main house is where I live and it’s on the same property. *We offer our Airbnb at an affordable price while maintaining a clean and simple space. This freshly renovated home has beautiful vaulted ceilings and sunlight shining through. You will love spending time with your family in the open gourmet kitchen, part of the Great Room that includes the dining room and the living room with a large TV and fireplace. Gameroom and private hot tub! The host resides on a separate building about a quarter acre away. He's rarely around and you'll have total privacy. You have access to all amenities without any sharing with Cory or anyone else.

The casita is connected to the main house by the garage, there are no adjoining walls to the main house. It is a separate residence & has its own gated parking area.
