Our Cottage is situated within our garden in beautiful sleepy Sampford Courtenay.
Wifi and mobile signal isn't great here although from the 28th April we are having fibre installed (fingers crossed!) so this shouldnt be an issue... so, if you are looking for a quiet picturesque Devonshire village, with little interruption, close to Dartmoor for walking / cycling with a lovely traditional local pub, thatched of course, then look no further.
