Our home and attached apartment is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in southern NH, just minutes from major N/S highway Route 93. We are thrilled to offer our New Hampshire-themed apartment to individuals, couples and families. Each room is decorated to represent the most interesting aspects of our state: the purple lilac bathroom, the maple bedroom, the white birch living room and a large second bedroom/playroom we call "the state room" - a fun, educational room of all things New Hampshire.

The first floor features formal dining, large kitchen, eat-in, half-bath plus Laundry, and a large open living room. The second floor features a spacious and bright master bed as well 2 other large bedrooms and 2nd bath.The finished basement is setup with a new 4K projector. Boston, skiing, the beach and the #1 most hiked mountain in the world are all about an hour away.

Enjoy axe throwing, shoot some hoops or sit by the campfire (pending fire bans in drought conditions.) Hike to the brook and enjoy our trails on 15 acres.
