My bright & airy basement suite has an open concept living area with various amenities including hotplate, fridge, air fryer, 55" tv with premium cable & Firestick along with reliable internet. The breathtaking views of the river can be enjoyed from the large yard. We are very close to the tracks trains go by 3 or 4 times a day. We are a non-smoking property.

The village has; 2 restaurants a Sunday market, amazing bakery (Thursday-Saturday), leather & pottery shops!

My Little Oasis is a cozy little cottage on Maquapit Lake in Clark's Corner NB. 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 guests. 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and the other 2 each have a twin over double bunk beds. This cottage will serve all your vacation needs. The Manifest Station is a cozy waterfront cottage on beautiful quiet Indian Lake in Lakeville Corner, NB. This is the perfect place for a family or friend get together, a group retreat or maybe just a romantic couples get away. A great place for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating and swimming. In the winter this is a spectacular place to snowshoe or go ice fishing. Snowmobiling is also popular and many will drive by our place across the ice.
