The Forest House sits in front of a private Lake Sanksaare in between 120-year-old pine trees. The house can be heated by a wood burning stove with a beautiful glass door to enjoy the flames. The Sauna has juniper ceiling giving an amazing aroma. Washing is done in the old-school method with a bowl of warm water and mug to shower oneself. There is plenty of dry firewood on the premise all included in the booking price. The lights lead to a romantic outdoor toilet cabin 15m from the house.

The house is a very suitable choice for spending a weekend or even a longer vacation in Setomaa. The house has everything necessary – a kitchen with a refrigerator, a toilet, a shower, and a washing machine, and a separate bedroom. In the spacious yard, you can play ball, grill, or simply enjoy being in the countryside. The log sauna with a wood stove and a pond with clear water might be addictive… For longer stays, it is a good base for making trips to Setomaa, Võromaa, and Northern Latvia.

IMPORTANT for visitors from 2nd November - 31st March: UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT USE THE HOT-TUB DURING THE WINTER AND ONLY THE SAUNA IS AVAILABLE. We will open the hot-tub again from 1st April 2026. The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards and a canoe) is for you to use and included in the price.

This beautiful and unique 2BDR, second floor apartment with high sealing and big windows is located just steps away from the Tamula lake. You can enjoy the breathtaking views of the sunrise as well as a romantic sunset from a furnished balcony. This apartment has a spacious living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, water machine, oven, stove, water kettle, toaster, wine fridge, dish washer, washing machine and cutlery.

Puuküttega saunamaja kamina ja eesruumiga, kus on ööbimiseks 2-inimese lahtikäiv diivanvoodi (155x190cm). Sobib paarile, kes naudib privaatsust looduses ja omaette terrassi männipuu all. Majutus on 100% iseteenindusega ja koristustasuta. Sauna kütmiseks kulub ca 1-1,5h. Saunarätid, käterätid, voodilinad ja joogivesi tuleb kaasa võtta. Tekid ja padjad olemas (50x60cm). Pesemiseks on dušš ja saab nautida tiigis suplust.
