Our modern, well-equipped home sits right by the sea with breathtaking mountain views, surrounded by pristine Arctic nature. Spot reindeer, otters, moose, or even whales, and watch the Northern Lights from the porch. Steps away, enjoy a panoramic sauna by the water. A traditional BBQ hut is available as an optional rental. This is our beloved home, and many guests tell us they fall in love with it too. Few places blend comfort and wilderness like this. We never tire of it—and hope you will, too.

Dåfjord Lodge & Ocean sauna

Beautiful and rustic house by the sea in the countryside 1 hrs drive from the city of Tromsø. The area is great for hiking, skiing, fishing and watcing the midnight sun in the summer and aurora borealis during winter. For a fee, our guests can also book the ocean sauna hot tub facilities , with a woodfired hot-tub and sauna placed on a big outdoor deck with a fireplace and a cosy indoor chill-zone. Guests can use our 12ft rowing boat and some fishing gear for free during the summerseason.

Perfect for northern lights

This is a 35 m2 apartment 13km from Tromsø city center. Perfect for viewing the northern lights in a very quiet area! Suitable for up to four persons. One bed room plus fold-out-bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen. The bus goes between Tromsø and the property 25 times a day on business days, 5-6 times on Saturdays and zero times on Sundays. Take route 412 from Torgsenteret 2 to Holmesletta. Liv´s beach-house ligger på idylliske Bøvær med ei fantastisk sandstrand. Slapp av i rolige omgivelser med lyden fra bølgene. Huset har fiber, perfekt for hjemmekontor. Fra balkongen kan du nyte utrolige solnedganger og flammende nordlys. Langs havveien til Skaland- 4 km- står naturopplevelsene i kø - hvite sandstender - hav og fjellformasjoner. Park right outsidee and indside you really have everything you might need.

Do you want to stay in a beautiful remote place, while still connected to the city? Grøtfjord is located just a 40 min. drive from Tromsø. Close to some of the areas most amazing mountains, fjords, ski and climbing areas. a. Big appartment with 1 bedroom that holds a king size bed and one bunk bed. There is a fold out sleeping couch in the living room. All facilites, towels to firewood are included! A car is needed to get to grøtfjord. The hosts live in a different section of the house.
