We are located in Southland's Blackmount district in the picturesque village of Monowai between Lake Manapouri and Lake Monowai. A great place to stay if your interest is : Hunting, Fishing, Tramping, Mountain Biking, Kayaking, Caving, & Boating or just relaxing in our peaceful tranquil location.

The "Kiwi Cabin"

A cute little cabin which can sleep up to 2 guests comfortably. 1x Queen Bed + table & chairs All bedding, linen & toiletries are included free of charge, queen bed has an electric blanket plus there is good heating for the colder months. Outside you have your own private picnic area and ample parking, also available right beside is grassed area that you can pitch a tent if need be. Please Note: This property is located approximately 34km West of Arthur's Pass Village along Highway 73.

Sit back,relax and soak up the stunning alpine views in the newest addition to our accommodation selection. Our gorgeous 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom units have everything you need to complete your Queenstown experience and perfect for small families or two couples travelling together. There is a king bed in each bedroom with own private ensuite attached. The kitchen is complete with full oven, fridge / freezer, microwave and dishwasher as well as all the usual expected cooking eating essentials.

Studio Motel

Our Studio Motel units are especially suited for the small family or touring couple. Our studio units contain a small kitchenette, private bathroom plus a TV. All bedding and towels are supplied as well as complementary tea coffee. Our motel units are situated in a 2 storey building, with four studio motels upstairs and two downstairs. The upstairs motels have a queen bed, single bed and a sofa bed while our downstairs motels have a queen bed, set of bunks and a sofa bed.

Self Contained Unit

Relax in our well appointed self contained unit – the perfect accommodation choice for 1 or 2 people. Enjoy a gorgeous sleep in the lovely queen bed & a meal on the spacious deck.  Our self contained unit comes with a well equipped kitchenette with fridge / freezer, microwave, hot plate as well as cutlery & crockery plus a washing machine & heat pump.  All bedding and towels are provided and you also have your own private bathroom.
