We welcome you and your family to our cozy, one-story (single-level) home located in a peaceful community on the Northwest side of San Antonio!

Our home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeping accommodations for a maximum of eight (8) guests. (Note: our garage is currently unavailable, but there is parking for two (2) vehicles in the driveway and street parking is permitted). Enjoy watching the kiddos and pets play in our fully enclosed backyard while catching up on work, school or leisure; hi-speed, wi-fi internet is provided!

Our peaceful community offers a safe and pleasant atmosphere, within in walking distance to a nearby park with children's playground equipment and an area for volleyball. Other neighborhood amenities include tennis courts, additional playgrounds for children, pet friendly areas and much more; all surrounded by gorgeous, shady oak trees!

We're very close to major attractions like Sea World, Six Flags, and nearby shops such as Alamo Ranch and La Cantera! If you're in town for an event? Our home is a short drive to Lackland AFB for BMT graduations, the National shooting complex on Roft road for year-round events and tournaments and the NISD Natatorium for various swim meets.

Hi! I'm Carlos Munoz, born in the mid 1970's, raised and residing in San Antonio, TX.

At the age of 25, I became a born-again Christian and soon after married my wife Stephanie and together we have 6 wonderful children!

Out of high school my business experience was mostly retail & restaurant management. This afforded the opportunity to learn the inner-workings of business, direct human resources and revealed my God-given ability to go the extra mile to please guests.

In my mid 20's, I returned to college to pursue a degree in software engineering. During this time I worked for a services company as the director of contracting. The combination of these two skills prepared me for accounting and algorithmic formulas for complex problem solving and reporting.

In 2011, in an effort to down-size, I had an idea to buy a cheap home and rent out our existing home (at the time) for a monthly rate that could support both mortgages. Our first long-term renter was a nightmare to deal with, hence, I decided to try short-term rentals and SA Vacay was founded.

Anticipating a career in the computer industry, I would never have imagined that I was being groomed for vacation rental management. The Lord indeed works all things together for good; who can know His ways! For the last eight (8) years, we have hosted thousands of families in our San Antonio Vacation Rentals and we look forward to hosting you!
