The Alice Room is a spacious room in the single-floor pet friendly Aunt Clara's Cottage featuring two beds, an antique mahogany canopy (full Tester) double bed and a mahogany queen bed, Victorian seating area, private bath with rainfall shower over tub, cable TV and wireless Internet. The cottage is family-friendly with many gardens and porches for relaxing. Guests enjoy a meet & greet reception. Concierge aid to enjoy Historic Must-Dos!

Our Natchez bed and breakfast includes two beautifully restored historic buildings. Our 1893 main house offers 1st floor luxurious common areas & gardens for all guests to lounge. Our 1873 Victorian cottage features four comfortable 1st floor rooms a few steps up ( 2 king rooms and 2 queen rooms) that are also family-friendly and pet-friendly. Both properties feature wonderful antiques, reproductions and some selected modern furnishings for your comfort, along with relaxing gardens and porches.

Our B&B is nestled on a quiet street in Historic Natchez and among many of our nation’s largest collection of Antebellum Homes dating from before the 1860s. Natchez is the first settlement on the Mississippi River and is rich in Native-American, African-American, Civil War & Civil Rights history and culture and regional home to 9 genre of American Music. We’re in the book “A 1000 Places You Must See Before You Die,” and among the Most Romantic Destinations in The Old South. Downtown is blessed with many good restaurants and shopping and spectacular views from our city bluffs overlooking the Mississippi River, all a pleasant ½ mile walk from our B&B.

Ron is currently President of the Bed & Breakfast Association of Mississippi. Ron's interests include historic homes, history, cooking, travel, sailing, woodworking, running and model railroading. Ron is an AF Veteran from the Vietnam Era, a Rocket Scientist (retired) with 3 degrees in aerospace engineering and naval architecture from Univ. of Michigan and recently retired from Johns Hopkins University. His wife Eleanor is a former financial analyst, an excellent chef and loves crossword puzzles.
