Set on over 4 acres of farmland, this lush property is conveniently located within minutes to multiple beaches, farms, trail systems and restaurants. Enjoy the privacy and scenery of the Scarborough Marsh! Perfect for a weekend family getaway, or a longer stay for travel nurses or business.

Parking instructions: You will see a blue house and with a red barn in the bottom of the driveway. Please follow the driveway all the way down (past the cars in the upper spaces) and park in front of the single bay, lower garage across the barn , adjacent to the staircase, between the hydrangeas.There are photos on this listing which may guide you if you are having trouble. We only have parking for one car.

We are close to the ocean and the apartment is naturally cool. We have supplied a dehumidifier that can be used and emptied (by the guests) depending on weather.
