A boutique 2bhk Apartment on the ground floor of a beautiful Himalayan cottage set amidst apple orchards.

》The spacious apartment is tastefully designed and has 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a living room & well-equipped kitchen. There is a patio outside the living room facing the lovely lawn and garden.

》The elegantly designed, bright and airy living room done up in the Victorian style has comfortable sofas, coffee table, side tables and LCD TV with cable connection for family & friends to spend great times together.

》 The master Bedroom has 2 double beds and the 2nd bedroom has a king bed.
Both bedrooms have:
a) ensuite clean modern bathrooms with shower, western commode and Geysers for hot water b) coffee tables with chairs
c) wardrobe and dressing mirror.
The bedroom windows provide stunning views of apple trees all around.

》Guests can relax in the lawn or apple orchard overlooking the Beas river with a hot cup of coffee, a book or in the company of family/ friends!

》Guests enjoy Full Privacy and security. This 2bhk apartment is a private space in the cottage. Guest has complete privacy and individual access to all areas within the apartment.

》 The local market, just 5 minutes walk down the road, has grocery, vegetable, poultry, medical, wine, laundry & convenience stores.
Bedroom windows provide stunning views of the snow-capped Himalayan ranges all around. Right from your bed, you will experience the visual treat of thousands of apple trees right upto the base of the Himalayas.

Amenities include:
1) Our garden restaurant ‘Chai in the Sky’ serves delicious Indian and Chinese cuisine (veg and non-veg food). Room service is available as well.

2) Kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, mixer, hot water kettle, pressure cooker, cooking & serving utensils and dinnerware. Basics like salt, pepper, sugar, tea, masala box are provided. Kitchen cleaning is guest responsibility. If kitchen is left unclean during checkout, cleaning charges of Rs.500 apply.

3) TV is provided in both bedrooms and living room. 1 Set top box is provided in the apartment.

4) Common Purified drinking water facility is available just outside the apartment. Guests can take refills as required.

5) Room cleaning and linen change is done once a week.

6) Ample Books and Board games are available. Please request staff for the same.

7) Free Airtel broadband wifi with speeds of 20-32+ mbps is provided.

8) Free parking is available.

9) Bonfire is arranged on request (extra charge).

10) Room heater can be rented for Rs.300/night.

11) The local market is just a 5 minutes walk down the road and has grocery, vegetable, poultry, medical, laundry & wine stores.

12) External Laundry person collects laundry on request and it is returned within a day.

Burwa is unquestionably the most well preserved and stunning neighborhood around Manali. It is renowned for its endless apple orchards and unparalleled views of the snow capped Himalayas. Experience the magic of staying in an apple orchard with apple trees as far as the eyes can see!! This peaceful paradise right across the Rohtang highway is just a 12 minutes drive (6kms) from mall road and perfect for nature lovers who prefer staying away from the crowds of Manali. Burwa provides easy access to Rohtang Pass, Solang valley and Atal Tunnel. Nehru kund and the famous hanging bridge seen in many ads and movies is within walking distance. There are many treks around Burwa. High Fly Paragliding is also conducted in Burwa from the slopes of Machaj. The local market just down the road. has grocery, wine, medical, laundry and other stores.

We are more than happy to assist guests with travel plans and travel tips in Himachal including Lahaul-Spiti and Leh-Ladakh. The happiness on guests faces when they see the sun's first rays light up the magnificent Rohtang Pass makes it all worthwhile!
