Small dining space w/ table and 2 chairs, closet.

SMALL apartment 285 sq. ft. NOT Luxury, but comfortable, clean, and a great low price (WHOLE apartment not just 1 room) separate entrance, at a low price in the BASEMENT (which means stairs; about 7 stairs/STEPS and low-ish ceiling clearance in the stairway) of my home. Kind of quirky, quaint and cozy cute No Fancy Schmancy here though this is my home NOT a Luxury Hotel (there are some flaws; the apartment isn't perfect). Just a real down to earth place to be :). its an apartment in an old house with modern amenities However, though i do offer a Stove in the apartment; I Do Not Guarantee the Use of the Oven; Stove Top Yes, Oven No. The bedroom is NON-CONFORMING but the window DOES open in the bedroom, and there's a fan to use if you wish. The window in the living room DOES open as well.
Very close to the Interstate, Offutt Air Force Base, Old Towne Bellevue, and Bellevue University, Downtown Omaha attractions and Henry Doorly Zoo. Just a quick few minute interstate drive to the College World Series, CHI Center (previously known as CenturyLink Center) The Summer Arts Festival and our Old Market and Downtown Omaha and where there is plenty of shopping, museums and great dining experiences as well as fun bars, lounges, and night clubs.
KIDS> Children are certainly welcomed, but not recommended. The apartment is NOT really (small child or elderly) friendly especially crawlers and early walkers; And possibly not guests that would have trouble climbing stairs there are 7 steps to climb up and down into the apartment; and the ceilings have about a 6"5 clearance; going down into the apartment it is about a 5"5 clearance. The apartment as well as the entry can pose a few obstacles; its a small entry space. I do not provide a Pack and Play or crib. (Please do see House Manuel under the Guest Resources section)
In this apartment there shouldn't be much or anything that isn't provided for you. I did my best to equip this apartment like i would need it if I were actually Living in it. If there is something you do need that you dont see; please just ask me. * I do love the little apartment and i believe it is nice, but definitely not HGTV beautiful and not the Ritz; its always "a work in progress". But again i believe its nice and has all the comforts of home. :) *As always thank you for your interest and I look forward to greeting you at check in; Schedule permitting* :) Note: i use Antibacterial cleaners and Lysol spray for cleaning and sanitizing the apartment. This apartment may not be for you if you are used to the finer things in life; though anyone is welcomed :)
No animals please> that includes ADA and ESA; Due to the apartment being in my residence i must think about my own pets and anxiety it has caused my big dog in the past.

285 sq. foot apartment. I am in a decent neighborhood, very safe, busy traffic during the day; minimal traffic in the evenings. Street light is right in front of the house. If you're driving a motorcycle you may lock it in my garage or carport during your stay. I do have 2 Ring security cameras as well and im always watching the driveway too.

*Note: the listing states South Central Central Omaha, but it's actually Bellevue. * This is an older house built in 1926; I purchased this home about 9 years ago with an apartment in the basement; though the home is old and not nearly perfect i fell inlove with everything about it . A few of my immediate family members have lived in the apartment at various times and when they moved out I decided it was time to fix it up some and share that space with other guests from around the U.S. and other parts of the world. I know full well how much hotel rooms cost for a night or even an extended time; so I thought here's my opportunity to help others when they're just passing through or even in town for a couple weeks. I keep the price very low even though my guests are getting use of the whole apartment (its not just a room) I do any upkeep and cleaning of the apartment myself; so its all me, i prefer the personal touch. I believe the apartment is a cute and cozy space for anyone and much less expensive than a hotel.
This is my home; Myself, my daughter, and 7yr. old grandson, and a very large dog do live Here and now a medium sized dog as well. Check ins are not before 3:00p.m. and Check outs are no later than 11:00 a.m. Key Entry.
No Pets allowed. This is a 3 level dwelling with the Airbnb in the basement level of the house. Potential for noise. i work home from early mornings and late in the evenings. Quiet time here is between 10:30 p.m. and 6:30 a.m. each night.

I am a quiet person and don't like to bother people, but I don't mind chatting if we cross paths. My daughter and grandson do live with me ( there is a chance you could hear them from time to time). I also have a couple of dogs on site as well; be aware if you're allergic.
