Modern and elegant condominium 400m walk (5min) to Skytrain BTS Bearing Station, along the way full of local market. It is quite new&clean private room for 1Bedroom, 1Bathroom, 1Living room on Top Floor in Bangkok View. Steam room, sky lounge, rooftop pool, gymnasium, sky garden, CCTV, key card access, Free High-speed WiFi in room, lobby and sky lounge are available for resident. Within 20-30 minutes by skytrain to city center, it is ideal for couples or solo adventure who may need strong WiFi.

Our condominium is located a little outside of the city. The closest train station is BTS Bearing Station about 400m (5 min by walk) and takes 25 min to the city. If you prefer to explore and live like local people, you are in the right place. For security, the building is secured 24 hours by security team and CCTV. Moreover, only residents or guests with a key card can enter the building and to the particular floor and particular room (So please do not forget the key card in the room).

In the room, it is fully equipped with all necessary amenities, such as High Speed WiFi, soap, shampoo, conditioner, tissue paper, hair-dryer, towels, iron, dish&bowl, pan&pot, toaster, etc. When you get into the room you can relax on the sofa at living room and enjoy cooking in the kitchen. And the bedroom is separated from living room ensuite with bathroom. On your bed, you can enjoy seeing Bangkok Skyline View. The room is the biggest size for one bedroom type in this condominium (35.2 sq.m.). The room is large enough for 3-4 persons to stay; however, the amenities are available only for two persons. Please note that there is no charge for extra person.

The doorman can help you to call the taxi if requested, and you can store your luggage for early check-in by telling them the room number and your pick-up time.

At Sky Lounge, it is really recommended for relax and study. It is very quiet there with the good top view of Bangkok with sky garden. And there is Free WiFi with sofa and tables. It is very comfortable in Sky Lounge. At swimming pool and fitness, it is on the top floor of the condominium. You can enjoy Bangkok view during swimming and fitness.

For car parking lot, it is available only for more than one month stay, because it is require for registration. And it is required to inform before your arrival arrive at least a week.

From the condominium, you can find local market, local restaurant or restaurant serving international cuisine, pharmacies, convenient store 7-11, family-mart, massage places and ATM corner.
