My flat is the perfect blend of modern luxury and local culture. We are located a little outside of the city. The closest train station is 8 min by walk and takes 25 min to the city. Our building has extraordinary amenities to offer - sky terrace, rooftop pool, steam room, ozone lounge, gym. Not to mention, the top floor has AMAZING views of the Bangkok skyline!

THE APARTMENT ||
The flat is homey, modern and decorated with beautiful handicraft items collected through my travels. Bed is super comfortable and firm as the topper is from Sealy. All my guests are greeted with a beautiful welcome basket handpicked with Thai goodies and daily essentials.

The flat is equipped with HIGH SPEED fiber optic Internet and WiFi.

CHECK-IN
24 check-in available for guests who arrive late evening. If you plan to check in after 8pm, pls let me know so I can make advance arrangements.

SECURITY.
Only residents / guests with a key card can access the building. Moreover, the key card only gives you access to your particular floor, giving guests extra security. The building is also secured with a 24 hour security team.

THE TOILETRIES ||
We provide our guests with premium toiletries with Thai scents.
Think: lemongrass, jasmine , or orchid (Thailand's national flower) body wash sets.

LAUNDRY II
We offer laundry services to all our guests. Price list can be found in the flat. For dry cleaning, there is a laundry shop 2 minutes from the flat. Also plenty of coin-operated Laundry machines on the main road.

We are on the East-South stretch of Sukhumvit road in a tranquil neighbourhood that borders Bangna district. Bangna is where all the expat kids go to school. I personally love (and live) this area because it gives me a nice break from the city life.

Experience life in a typical Thai neighborhood :- grab breakfast from one of the street vendors on your way to the BTS, enjoy a cheap Thai Massage, take a Muay Thai class, take a 3 min motorcycle taxi to Imperial Shopping Mall, buy your dinner from the many open-air food markets small families set up to sell their favorite home-cooked dish.

Because when your traveling adventures take you out of your comfort zone a little bit, it makes your trip so much more memorable, meaningful and rewarding.

Hi everyone!
My name is Anita. I'm originally from Hong Kong but grew up between Bangkok and Vancouver, Canada. Worked in Singapore for 3 years before moving back home. I can speak Cantonese and Mandarin!

I love to meet new people, eat, and embark on adventures to explore different parts of the world. Travelling puts my life into perspective: i'm reminded of how minute my problems are in the grand scheme of things and most importantly, I'm encouraged to live life with a more humble heart. My most memorable destinations to date has been the Sahara Desert in Morocco, Vinicunca Mountain in Peru and, Wadi Rum in Jordan. Let me know where yours are!

Designing a home isn't just about choosing a style. It's more of a platform to share the things I feel deeply passionate about. For me, these are: my love for travelling as well as, my love for hosting.
