This peaceful Beach Shack is named 'Rancho Relaxo' by those that stay.
This 3/4 acre block is close to the dunes and borders the St Andrews Golf Course.
It is for those that want to get away from the city pace and relax in tranquility in a simple rustic place that feels like their own.
I happily accommodate early checkins and late checkouts when available to make the most of your stay.

There are no city frills at this rustic Beach Shack ... just peace and quiet and everything you need to unwind and get your body back to a calm state.

Re kindle those long forgotten memories of family beach holidays when everything was simple and all you had to do was have fun playing board games beach cricket and a frolic among the tea trees and sand dunes.

Share a meal or BBQ with friends or family among the trees, up on the verandah, or under the umbrellas.

Have a snooze in the hammock amongst the trees

Read a book and enjoy a latte in the swing chairs while listening to the birds and the ocean

In winter snuggle in front of the Coonara with your favourite CD's or DVD's playing or watch your favourite team play.
PLEASE NOTE - it's BYO fire wood, CD's and DVD's

In summer walk down to St Andrews Beach and wallow in the rock pools and ogle at the amazing sunsets.

Watch the surfers catch a wave or pack your surfboard and get out there yourself.

St Andrews Beach is the best kept secret on the Mornington Peninsula.
Isolated from the hubbub but close enough to indulge if the desire hits.
Surrounded by Golf courses, the Ocean Beach, Peninsula Hot Springs, the best wineries and many more attractions you can do as little or as much as you like.

This is a classic Beach Shack all to yourselves tucked between the St Andrews Golf course and the sand dunes of St Andrews Beach
Re kindle those childhood memories and let your kids get a taste of what family holidays are about.....fresh sea air, outdoor games, beach cricket and in winter playing games in front of the fire.

For couples enjoy peace and quiet together and snuggle up in front of the fire after a visit to a winery or The Peninsula Hot Springs

I am a traveler and know the benefits of staying in homes rather than hotels

This a totally self catering Beach House.

The Beach Shack operates remotely so guests will not be greeted on arrival but I am available 24/7 if you have any questions

There is no cleaning fee charged so you save $120 off your booking

You are however responsible for leaving the house clean and tidy for the next guests.

**********Please book other accommodation if you are wanting a catered for stay and a spotlessly clean house
The Beach Shack will only be as clean as the last guests left it

Guests are to bring their own linen (including QS doona covers) and towels and in summer beach towels

If you are coming from interstate or overseas the linen at the The Beach Shack can be used but it will have to be washed before departure and replaced in the linen cupboard before you leave.
If this is not possible send an enquiry and I may be able to have linen washed for a fee

I rely on guests to leave the house ready for the next guest in a manner they would like to arrive to it themselves.

So far this has worked a treat as you can see from the reviews and guests are saved the cleaning fee of $120 which they can then put toward a nice meal out, a soak at The Hot Springs or a nice bottle of red or 2 from one of the local wineries

A friend next door pops in after your departure to check everything so that your bond can be refunded.
