You will have secure access to the lower level of our home with separate entrance. The studio is just a short 2-3 minute drive to Mount Martha shops with cafe's, deli, restaurants, supermarket, liquor store, news agency and more. We are a short 15-20 minute drive to local vineyards and renowned restaurants and wineries such as Polperro, Montalto and Jackalope. Plenty to explore and lots of great walks too!

Separate toilet & bathroom. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.
