After living in many different places, I understand how important and difficult it is to find a nice, clean, Simple luxury and comfort to relax, rather than spending the entire holiday crammed into a small space. No matter what weather or we don't want to go out, we still can enjoy view even if we sit in the house. So we decided to build Ardtreck. After exploring and observing all aspects of Skye, we were fortunate to discover a unique location for it. The main characteristics of Ardtreck are：

Near Byre @ 20 Lochbay (Self-Catering )

Fabulous self-catering apartment for 2 people (+1 small/medium sized dog). This 18th Century cow byre has been lovingly restored by the owners, retaining the original stone walls. An ideal space to get away from it all, enjoy peace and quiet in front of a wood-burning stove, whilst taking in the amazing views from Lochbay to the Outer Hebrides. Gate Lodge on Conservation Farm Isle of Skye

Opened in January 2020, the Gate Lodge is a charming octagon with plenty of original character. Warm and well-equipped, it has been completely renovated and sits within the grounds of a working conservation farm. Strictly No Smoking. Only a ten minute walk from Loch Bay Restaurant, the Stein Inn, Skyeskyns and Diver's Eye, the lodge is surrounded by nature and wildlife with stunning views. It offers the perfect, peaceful break. Beams, Geary is a cosy renovated house located in the Waternish Peninsula of North West Skye. Beams is the perfect house for all couples, families and friends, offering spectacular panoramic views. EV Charger also available! Guests can take advantage of an open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas, and a comfortable Main Bedroom. The upstairs open mezzanine has two single beds. A second full bathroom can also be found within the property.

The Wee Wooden Yurt at Caolas Gallery is a green roofed, original wooden round house with picture windows giving an uninterrupted view of the sea across to the Isle of Scalpay and South East Harris. Garramor Cottage is a modern, one bedroom house . The living room is bright and airy with french doors leading out to the deck and woods beyond. Surrounded by trees, it is a very calm and peaceful setting. It is a 5 mile drive to Mallaig where you can get the ferry across to Skye. Local beaches such as Camusdarach Beach with their white sands are great to explore and just a short walk away.

A cosy one bedroom apartment with outdoor hot tub and spectacular sea views. Located in a quiet crofting village only 9 miles from Stornoway, this is a great base to explore the islands from. This self contained basement apartment is underneath our family home. The apartment is powered by onsite micro-hydro renewable energy and we are a net exporter of energy. #northshorecroft
