Benetia Cottage /private cove/ 1 kayak /6 SUP

We live in the most beautiful area of the island far away from massive tourism. We have our own private cove just down the house. It is great for snorkeling, diving, you can see fish and star fish. We have 1 kayak for 2 people and 6 standup paddles that you can use for free. It is ideal for exploring the famous blue caves. You might even see a seal or a turtle. The port of Agios Nikolaos is only 5 min walk. There are 2 beaches, some restaurants and traditional tavernas, mini-markets, bars.

It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set. Στον δρόμο Αργυρά – Σελλά υπάρχουν αρκετές ταβέρνες με πολύ καλο φαγητό. Λοιπές αποστάσεις : 8 χλμ απο το Πανεπιστημιακό Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Πατρών 8,5 χλμ απο την Πανεπιστημιούπολη του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών.
