Coffee maker, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, this is not a full kitchen. This is perfect for a relax get away for 2 people. ***No parties or gatherings/no smoking on property***

This suite features an open concept living area, full bath, laundry, and two bedrooms (with a queen bed and two twin beds) with duvets. Hiking trails, mountain biking trails and golf are all within two and a half kilometres of your doorstep.

Just off highway 1 with the view of Cheam mountain range. Modern 2 bedroom basement suite on a quiet street. A short drive to Bridal falls, water parks, Harrison Hot Springs and many more beautiful nature activities. 12 minute drive to Chilliwack. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning and unwind in the evening in the hot tub. We are a family with three children at home, while we are not loud and the suite is well insulated, you can expect some living noise.

Completely private-totally separate suite (please note: this is attached to then main dwelling but with NO interior access). Property is owner occupied.
