Spacious and comfortable house with 5 bedrooms in prime location. Top floor (master bed, 2 childrens rooms, 1 guest room). Basement with guest room and office with futon. Open kitchen adjacent to dining room and living room with lounge area and flat screen TV. Office with 2 workspaces. Lovely garden incl. BBQ and dining al fresco for 12. We live in front of a large playground/park on a quiet road. 7 min bike ride to the beach and 15 min downtown Copenhagen. Close to Hellerup St. and Ryparken st.

Our House is very cosy and we are sure you will feel at home. There is plenty of space with 225 m2 in the house + another 100 in the basement. We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden. The place is very central in Lyngby overlooking the park of Sorgenfri Castle. It is only 10 min walk to Lyngby and 15 min drive to Copenhagen or you can take the train to the city. A perfect house for a family and friends gathering with 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers (one bathroom ensuit) and one toilet. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds (180x200cm) and the rest of the rooms have small dobble beds (140x200cm). We also have two really good mattresses for those who don’t wish to share. We have a big garden with a barbecue area and 400 m. down to the seashore. Approx. 7 min. walk to the train station and 15 min by train up to Copenhagen city center. In

Njut av egen skånegård i hjärtat av vackra Gamla Viken, med stora öppna ytor för samvaro och efterlängtad tid tillsammans, men också med plats för var och en att dra sig undan en stund till eget rum. Stränder finns det många i närområdet, korta som långa, den närmsta bara några minuters promenad bort. Liksom mataffär och konditori för färskt bröd till frukosten.
