Historical farmer's house in nature Kāŗkliņi

Kārkliņi was built in 1892 Kārkliņi were wealthy farmers who owned a horse stable, as well as cows, pigs and other animals as they were an integral part of the farm at the time! In 1979 the house was bought from Kārkliņi by my grandmother Zigrīda Stungure who was once a brilliant actress at the Daile Theater, She and her husband Jānis used the house as a summer's residence In 2013 I took over Kārkliņi. For the past 10 years, I have returned the house to its original form as it was in 1920

We share our building with a bank and a Notary. The apartments are on the 2nd floor. There’s a lift in the house.

On the ground floor there is 50 m² cosy living room with kitchen, WC and bath. On the second floor there is spacious bedroom to sleep up to 5 people. Medieval town Cesis is just 20 km away, but to Ligatne city (8km) you can get by crossing river with the ferry driven by the strength of currents.

This family owned resort is located in Gauja National park, now offers accommodation in lodge style houses with en-suite bathrooms, living room with open plan kitchen and fireplace in each house. “Mežnoras” is situated by the lake and forest. Nature walks, fishing and sauna as well as sampling local foods can be enjoyed by request. Sigulda can be visited for a family day out with tree walks and amusement rides on offer or visit the old castle in Cesis for a cultural experience.

"Tomas Apartment" is delighted to offer this lovely two bedroom flat on the ground floor. The flat has a spacious living space, a large balcony. This property comes fully furnished, two built in wardrobes, enough space for keeping sports equipment an luggage, a personal safe box for your valuables, a smart TV, a gas hob, an electric oven, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a fridge, a microwave and a kettle. The shower cabin has built in steam, a massage and a radio.
