This delightful newly renovated apartment is a historic gem within Riddle's Court, a 16th century merchant's house on the Royal Mile. The bedroom, with its painted beams, was once the location of a dinner party hosted by King James VI of Scotland. It is now a bright, warm and comfortable flat with a tasteful mix of traditional and modern furnishings. It is 2 minutes from Edinburgh Castle and is surrounded by shops, restaurants, cafes and bars and is close to trains, buses and trams.

The apartment is in a great location - a few metres from the Royal Mile, and perfect for exploring the historic city with easy access to the city centre, rail/ bus stations, the main tourist attractions, university, shopping areas and numerous bars & restaurants. A great base, particularly for the festival seasons. It is comfortable and well equipped and I welcome families and couples but please note stag/hen groups will not be accepted as it is not a party flat.

Rose Street - Super Little Pad

A super central location just off Princes Street, a few minute’s walk from the Airlink bus stop and airport tram stop. This 1 bedroom flat provides an excellent base for all the sights of the city with the Royal Mile about a 10 minute walk away. We have just completed a full refurbishment of the property. The central heating and hot water is now fully functional!
