Me & Team decided to offer a different kind of night out for our guests in Split in our see-through Transparent Kayaks. Leaving the sun behind and going with rainbow color lights beneath the kayak will illuminate your way into this unique adventure. The tour starts at Stobreč campsite beach, away from the busy Split center. As the sun sets in the back, you will be introduced to kayaking and get familiar with the equipment. Soon you will be gliding towards Žrnovnica river and the night time starts. Losing the Stobreč lights and entering the river, the light beneath will start to appear. As you are navigating through a calm river, the lights from your fellow paddlers will paint the riverbed in beautiful colors. After a short distance through Žrnovnica river, you will be back on the sea. The busily lit shore will start to appear as you paddle towards white rocks and cliffs where natives have built their houses. The tour leads outside the bay to the small beach where you can explore the rocky seabed. It is a perfect way to relax and have fun together after a long hot day in Split! You’ll enjoy mountain air, Mediterranean bushes and spectacular view to Župa Dubrovačka which is Dubrovnik green garden during centuries. I like to call my farm the biggest classroom on the world. Before we sit and enjoy our products I will show you how we cultivate olives and vineyard and try to transfer knowledge I have collected during years spent in field with my grandfather and father. You will see olive and vine leaves while you enjoy calm surroundings. We will have olive oil and wine tasting while sun goes down. Andremo alla scoperta di luoghi meravigliosi come la collina di Posillipo e palazzo Donn’Anna. Visiteremo la meravigliosa Villa Lauro in snorkeling, approdando in una splendida spiaggia privata con una fonte di acqua minerale naturalmente frizzante e potabile, nonchè splendide coltivazioni di capperi, giardini e un panorama mozzafiato. Verrà sempre offerto da bere e da stuzzicare. Si parte da Mergellina alle 10:30 o alle 14:30, si fa un bagno a posillipo e successivamente si va a visitare Villa Lauro in snorkeling. Tornando verso casa si incontra palazzo Don Anna e si ritorna al porto. E' importante incontrarsi 20 minuti prima dell'inizio del tour per motivi logistici. Altre cose da tenere a mente L'escursione può essere annullata fino a 1 ore prima a causa delle condizioni meteo marine, l’itinerario può subire variazioni a causa del meteo. Our groups are small and intimate which makes them perfect for romantic rides in wild nature or family days out. Due to this you will be riding within a small group. This will give us all a chance to make better connections and who knows maybe you find new friends for life along the way. Before we start the tour I will introduce you to your horses and the best way to ride to have a perfect experience. You will be equipped with safety gear and in case of bad weather rain jackets and rain pants (but we hope for the best weather). Our horses are calm and well behaved because they are kept in good conditions and taken care of on maximum. The trail is between 2 and 3 hours long and because of that we have equipped our horses with special tracking saddles to make it more convenient for first time riders. We will ride the rough terrains of rocky coastline and trough lush green forests. On the half way we will make a break and you will enjoy the view of Adriatic Sea on one side and mountains on the other. After the ride you will have a snack (homemade prosciutto and cheese sandwiches) and drinks (local wine and water). I will share the pictures I took along the way of our experience. Dive into the Olive Oil & Wine tradition in Split. Visit my family farm, learn about the ancient process to produce olive oil and wine and try the best bites of our gastronomy. It is a true Dalmatian story FROM FARM TO TABLE. You will be guests at my family property that we own since 1537 located just next to the old fortress of Klis (GoT Meereen City), to see the beautiful nature, olive groves, vineyards and orchards. I will explain to you how much effort and patience you need to make oil and wine produce from olives and grapes. I am pleased to share my knowledge, passion and tradition that extends through my family story. At farm also you can enjoy in presence of domestic animals as chickens, cats and dogs. Collect chicken eggs or feed them to feel as a real farmer. Then we go to the tavern where I'll explain how the remains of grapes produce grappa. You will have the opportunity to see the old tools for farming, old wooden wine barrels, old style fireplace, brick oven and etc. After that all we need is to enjoy in homemade products such as wine, moonshine, fruit liqueures, cured meat, olive oil, cheese and breathtaking views in intimate small group in complete privacy. Other things to note Please let me know in advance if you are vegetarian or if you don't eat pork so I can adjust to your needs. In case of rain we will be in house on dry spot enjoying food and drinks.
