This is an exceptionally comfortable, clean and spacious en suite bedroom on a separate guest only floor in my lovely quiet and pretty home. Quality hand ironed linen, fluffy towels. I am within walking distance of the railway station and the town of Christchurch and close to the airport (free parking in my road) . Full use of kitchen. Pretty and sunny garden, parking in road. Price is for the whole room. Tea and coffee provided. I have a travel cot + high chair. I reside on the property
