No cleaning fee! Rate is in line with decent motels/hotels here & is up to 5 people including children! Extra charge per person per night after 5/Max is 6. Please read/agree to house rules and listing before you book. Much better than just a motel room. A bit of antique & modern, though greatly cared for, shows age in some places, loving wear, quaint aging & charming patina both inside and outside, is super clean/sanitized. You will love it I think. Very Affordable for a whole house in this area
