Nestled in the garden of one of Stonethwaite iconic cottages, this lovingly converted 1908 wooden train carriage offers glamping luxury with views that cannot be matched. Set in the very heart of the Lake District National Park. The Carriage offers a full size double bed, log burner and your very own drystone walled loo. You will have the garden to yourself but will be able to call on the hosts if you need anything that could help may your stay perfect.

Field House Cottage is a traditional Lakeland slate cottage with whitewashed walls and exposed beams. There is a real log burning stove and the slate floor has underfloor heating, so you will be cosy warm even on those crisp clear winter days. The characterful bedroom has a 4 poster bed with an en-suite bathroom. To top it all, the courtyard garden has a private hot tub with stunning views of Maiden Moor. Borrowdale is in the beautiful Lake District National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
