It is surrounded by mango trees, tall bamboo plants, and other variety of ferns and foliage. The view infront is the crystal clear swimming pool as well as the lake which is dotted with big lotus plants with pink flowers. At the rear side the view is another lake covered with duckweed that looks calming and so serene.

It might be dangerous for children, as there is a Swimmingpool. 20 min by car or Trike from Airport Clark and also to Walking Street. Nice and safe neighborhood.
