Train enthusiasts aren't the only ones who will enjoy the ride on this steam-locomotive-powered train; it's an excellent way to see the 'quieter' side of Lancaster County as it runs through Amish farms and makes a stop in 'Paradise'. It was always a childhood favorite spot for my family to enjoy when out of town relatives came to visit.
Another great way to enjoy the Strasburg Rail Road is to purchase a combined ticket with Cherry Crest Adventure Farm; you can ride the train to the farm, spend the afternoon in the corn maze, then ride the train back to the station!
