This garden house is situated only 14 mins walk to Hornsby station and Westfield. It comes with 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 with tubs), 2 living rooms, 1 dining room with a dining table for 8 and a full kitchen. It perfectly suited to welcome a family or a group of friends for a relaxing vacation or business trip. There is a big fenced backyard and lots of colorful flowers at the front of the house. You will like this homely place and we look forward to hosting your stay.

Please treat the place as your home during your stay.

Pet is welcome but if you have more than 1 pet, please contact me before making the booking as there will be extra charge for additional pets. Please pick up the dog poo in the garden, extra cleaning charges $50 incurred from cleaner to clean up the poo. Please refrain the dog from the sofa or bed, extra cleaning charge $100 imposed by cleaner to clean up the fur and dirt.

You are invited to cook in the kitchen, store drinks inside the fridge and wash clothes inside the washing machine.

Please take care of your dirty dishes, and clean the oven after use, extra cleaning charges $50 if the oven is found uncleaned after use.

Portable Aircon in this house together with Dyson hot and cool fans are available. the house is double brick, high ceiling and veranda surrounded to provide excellent insulation.

Whenever you leave the house, please ensure all the lights, heater, fan, are switched off.

Feel free to contact us for any service at any time; from 9am-5pm and 24/7 in an emergency! We will do our best to help your great trip.

There are strict policies against parties and events happening at this location. In order to ensure that our neighbours are not disturbed, we asked our guests to keep the noise down after 10pm.

Additional Rules:

*NO SMOKING*: Any evidence of smoking would cause a penalty of 500 AUD.

*PARTIES*: Please do not make loud noise, as we have close neighbours and any loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction, and loss of security deposit.

Self-Check In. The way to check in is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instruction carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location. The check in instruction will be sent to you one day before your check in date.

Rubbish Collection Day on Wednesday
You will have to take the bins out to the kerbside for collection. If in doubt, contact us or copy the neighbours. After it is collected, you can wheel it back in on Thursday.

DAMAGE Deposit will be taken in place if any damage or loss happens in the room.
