POOL VILLA

The apartment in the 1. floor consists of a master bedroom (king sized bed), smaller twin bedroom, large bathroom with an adjacent shower room, spacious living and dining area with an open-space kitchen and an additional toilet. It's perfect for a family of 4, but an additional bed for another child can be added upon request.

Both the master bedroom and the living room have huge window fronts as well as access to a balcony overlooking the tropical garden and offering breathtaking views of the sunset between the palm trees. It's the perfect spot at the end of the day for enjoying the magical atmosphere of rural Cambodian life with only the chirping of birds to be heard.

The ground floor is the perfect setting for family gatherings or hangouts with friends. It consists of a spacious dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish lounge for relaxing evenings and an elegant bathroom. The glass sliding doors can be fully opened onto the pool or alternatively closed and the room air-conditioned to escape the heat of the day.
The lounge has a TV screen and a white board, so it can be used for meetings/presentations for smaller groups during the day, cosy movie nights or relaxing evenings with a glass of cognac and a cigar.

POOL AREA

The patio around the pool has a roofed gazebo offering shaded seating during hot days and a large seating area around a fire pit for fun evenings around a bonfire with sausages and marshmallows.

The pool is large enough for kids to play with canoes, has a 3.7m deep end and a 5m high diving platform with an overhanging climbing wall. Pool toys like water guns and diving toys, as well as life vests, are available.

THE GARDEN

The one hectare garden offers plenty of space for children to run around, play badminton, football or other sports and is home to a couple of shy rabbits hopping freely around. We also have chickens roaming in a large pen. Kids may enjoy collecting eggs themselves for their breakfast.

An archery range, with both solid and moving targets, is available for your Robin Hood practice! The in-house team will happily assist any children who would like to have a go. Younger children will appreciate the swing and the trampoline, whereas the tree house with climbing wall and the crossfit playground may attract the more adventurous older children and teens.

Those looking to relax will find plenty of books in the library to read while lounging in the garden's hammock. A selection of books (in English and German), board and card games as well as high quality toys will keep children of different ages occupied.

GYM - 35m2

A fully equipped air-conditioned gym has a full width mirror on the far side and a full width window at the front overlooking the lush garden. It has a treadmill, rowing machine, elliptical machine, exercise bike, dumbbell set and a training bench.

Our villa butler Sreymom will host you during your stay while leading the staff team at the property. She will personally welcome and guide you through this peaceful oasis on arrival. There is staff available 24 hours a day to give you access.

You will be the only guests on the property during your stay - the villas will not be occupied by multiple parties at the same time.
