This home is a one story with a finished basement:
The main floor:
Has an open concept great for entertaining, with two couches, a dining area and kitchen with all the items you may need to prepare a delicious meal. This home has luxury vinyl plank floors and high ceilings, giving it an overall trendy, spacious vibe. There is a glass sliding door that leads out to a private backyard area with a patio and outdoor furniture, which is great for catching some fresh air and enjoying a relaxing evening. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level. Along with the laundry room.
The finished basement has two living rooms, a kitchen/wet bar area, a bedroom and full bathroom.
There are five bedrooms total, the primary bedroom has a king bed, bedrooms two and three have queen beds, and the office has a queen futon. The large primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The office and the two secondary bedrooms share a full bathroom, which has a bath tub. The fifth bedroom in the basement has a queen bed and there is a full bathroom in the basement as well.
Things to Do Nearby
There are plenty of outdoor activities including paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. Don’t forget about Carter Lake and Devil's Backbone where you can enjoy a day hiking through the foothills enjoying scenic views of the Rocky Mountains or paddle boarding.
With its near downtown location, you will find plenty of restaurants, art galleries, recreation center, and shopping within a short walking distance. Craft beer lovers will be excited by the breweries within 15 minutes of the home. Downtown Berthoud is less than a 5 minute drive with bars, music venues, breweries, a coffee shop, and so much more.
Take the gorgeous, 60-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. A two-hour drive north you’ll find Cheyenne, Wyoming and Denver is only 50 minutes away.
The highlight of your trip will be the Rocky Mountains being just a short drive away where all the outdoor adventures await your family!
