საცხოვრებელი სივრცე
Somerset 404 — Beachfront Paradise on Marco Island's Crescent Beach

Wake up to sweeping Gulf views and the sound of waves at Somerset 404, a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bath beachfront condo with coastal chic design — just steps from Marco Island's famous white sand Crescent Beach. Sleeps up to 7.

The expansive private balcony is the true showstopper: spacious, comfortable, and perfectly positioned for morning coffee over the waves or a glass of wine as the sun sets over the Gulf. The master suite opens directly onto its own private balcony through sliding glass doors, so you can fall asleep to the sound of the surf.

Inside, you'll find everything you need for an effortless stay: four flat-screen TVs (including a new 70" smart TV with soundbar), Blu-ray players, a Keurig coffee bar, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and counter seating, and a full-size washer/dryer in a remodeled laundry room. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout.
Step outside and you're moments from three and a half miles of pristine white sand — quiet, uncrowded, and perfect for shelling.

We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart, towels, sand toys, wake boards, and a cooler, so you can head straight to the water. Cool off afterward in one of the Somerset's two large pools.

The Somerset community offers resort-style extras: a fitness center, newly resurfaced tennis and pickleball courts, poolside grills, and gated security with 24-hour staffing. The grounds have won the 2019 Marco in Bloom Landscape Award for their upkeep.

Just a short walk away, you'll find Marco Walk Plaza (shopping, cinema, dining) and Marco Golf and Garden, an award-winning mini golf course tucked into lush landscaping.

Restaurants nearby range from Italian to steakhouse to seafood to sports bar — with plenty of outdoor seating and island energy.
