**About Check-in / Key Pickup (Different Location)
Please note that this building does not allow lockboxes for self check-in on-site.
Therefore, guests will need to pick up the keys from a lockbox at a different location.
The key pickup location is approximately a 10-minute drive or 20-minute walk from the property.
Guests will need to stop there first to collect the keys before heading to the listing.
If you plan to use Uber or Lyft, we recommend using the “multiple stops” option for convenience.
Please make sure you understand this process before completing your reservation, and No refunds will be provided for cancellations related to this check-in procedure.

**Personal check-in may be available with fee $40+tax.
However, depending on the date/time, it may not be possible to arrange personal check-in with fee. If you are interested, please contact us first before making a reservation.

* The elevator may occasionally be out of service due to maintenance. Please use the stairs if needed.
* **Current Notice:** The **3rd floor elevator button is temporarily out of order.** The 3rd floor can still be accessed by stairs. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

### This Is a Condominium

This is a privately owned condominium, **not a hotel or hotel-condo**. While short-term rentals are permitted, hotel-style services are **not** available, including:

* 24-hour front desk
* Daily housekeeping
* Luggage storage
* Security staff
* Concierge services

If you are looking for a full-service hotel experience, this property may not be the best fit.

### Water Shut-Off

The building may occasionally conduct emergency water shut-offs. During these periods, water service will not be available.

### Pets

Pets and other animals **must be approved in advance**.

* Approved pets require a **$100 + 18.712% tax** pet fee.
* Any unregistered or unauthorized animal will incur a **$150 + 18.712% tax** fee.

Guests must notify us before arrival if they plan to bring any animal.

### Building Renovation

Occasionally, neighboring units may undergo renovation. Some construction noise may be heard during daytime hours.

### House Rules & Additional Fees

* Slippers are for **indoor use only.** Missing slippers: **$25 + 18.712% tax per pair.**
* If you move any furniture, please return it to its original location before check-out. Otherwise, a **$150 + 18.712% tax** furniture reset fee will apply.
* Please wash all dishes before check-out. Unwashed dishes: **$30 + 18.712% tax.**
* Please dispose of all trash before check-out. Trash left behind: **$10 + 18.712% tax per bag.**
* If additional guests will stay after your reservation begins, please send us a reservation change request first. Unauthorized guests may incur a **$30 + 18.712% tax per person, per night** charge.
*Lost Key/Fob Fee: A $165 fee will be charged for any lost, damaged, or unreturned key/fob.

Waikiki is the busiest town in the states of Hawaii
If you were sensitive to the noise I recommend you to stay hotel.
