-You MUST notify the resort if you will be arriving after your scheduled check-in date (otherwise your room may be assigned to someone else).
-Some amenities/activities are seasonal and available at an additional charge.
-First vehicle for SVC guests is complimentary. Additional vehicles are $20 / night including tax and based on availability.
-The resort charges a housekeeping fee that has to be settled at the check-in time and cannot be waived. The fees are as follows:
Studio: $67
1 Bedroom: $89
2 Bedroom: $118
Please be aware of this BEFORE booking and note that these fees are out of my control and cannot be refunded. The housekeeping fee is different from the cleaning fee paid on Airbnb. Thank you for your understanding!
-Daily housekeeping is not included and may be added for an additional fee.
-The resort may collect a fully refundable security deposit of USD 250 upon check-in which will be collected by credit card.
-Quiet time between the hours of 10pm-8am.
