Your house is 50m2 all on the ground floor (the one on the left in the picture).

I live on site in the other house (the one in front with the green shutters).

We are therefore the only ones to share the pool and the outdoors intelligently

Pool heated from 28 to 30°c from 22/04 to 02/10/2022.

The bed sheets and towels are provided.

Check-in from 4:30 PM, check-out 11 AM
July and August: 3 nights minimum unless exceptions.

No parties or significant noise pollution. Enjoy!

The accommodation is designed so that you are at home and that nothing is missing. It includes a covered outdoor area with a large table, a 4-seater garden furniture, a gas barbecue and another charcoal mobile (not provided but for sale on site); barbecues that I will ask you to clean before your departure.

The first shops are 8 km away, open from Monday to Sunday noon. Presence of a Mini-Market in self-service to allow you to eat on site (breads, butter, drinks, pasta, rice, sauces, chips and frozen: pizza, minced steak, fish...). The mini-Market is limited to dry groceries for stays longer than 2 nights to allow you to have maximum room in the fridge / freezer (but possibility to stock up on request). On-site settlement.

Fiber optic Internet, WIFI, stereo, comics and various books, board games, DVD, satellite TV in the bedroom and living room, table football, ping-pong table, darts, petanque balls. Free loan of bicycles

Your kitchen area: sink, microwave, Italian coffee maker, filter and also Senseo, kettle, toaster, citrus press, fryer, bread machine, raclette, fridge freezer, a 4-burner gas cooker and gas oven.

It is useless to ask me to stay cloistered at home, shutters closed whatever your motivation. It is a place of sharing and conviviality. IMPORTANT / CHILD SAFETY If you have young children it is therefore your responsibility to supervise them. The pool is secured by the presence of a bar tarpaulin approved NF standard that it will be up to you to manage responsibly if young children do not know how to swim.

Nous aimons voyager et habiter en dehors des hôtels conventionnels, découvrir et échanger avec les gens. En France comme à l'étranger. L'annexe de notre maison est proposée à la location depuis mi-juillet 2015 et nous avons plaisir à rendre votre séjour aussi agréable que possible. . A très bientôt, Jean-Michel, Francois et l'Alice

We live here and we do everything we can to remain discreet if it is wanted. Including not using the swimming pool when you are using it.

Please cover the pool when you are not using it so the heat doesn’t decrease.

Do not hesitate to contact me or ask for good plans (for activities etc.) I am not so available during the weekdays because I have a job but I’ll do as well as I can to allow you to spend a pleasant stay.
I speak English and I prefer communication via phone for more rapidity.
