A fully equipped business center sits ready with a brand new computer loaded with Microsoft Office, a printer, a desktop workspace, and fast Wi-Fi to keep you sharp and connected. Brew a fresh cup from the in-room Keurig, store your favorites in the mini-fridge and freezer, and warm up a meal with the microwave. Everything you need, all within arm’s reach.

Step through the double doors and the world opens up. A sprawling 5,600 square foot private patio and yard awaits, your own outdoor retreat to breathe, stretch, and simply be.

And when the city calls? The Celebrate Tulsa Interactive City Guide is your key. Custom built from the ground up for guests of The Studio, it reveals the absolute best Tulsa has to offer. Guests have private access to The Studio (your bedroom), the back yard and patio (approximately 5,600 sq. ft.), and the Celebrate Tulsa Interactive City Guide. Shared spaces include the bathroom and the entertainment room. Washer and dryer access is also available but requires a pre-scheduled session. To reserve a session, simply message us at any time before or during your stay. Please note that this listing does not include access to a full kitchen. However, The Studio is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, a microwave, a mini-fridge, and a freezer for basic food storage and preparation, all located inside your room.

∙ All shared amenities, including parking (both driveway and street), electric vehicle charging, and washer/dryer access, are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Washer/dryer use requires an advance reservation. If your stay is only one night and you wish to use the laundry facilities, you must contact us at least 24 hours before your arrival to schedule a session. Without an advance reservation, laundry access cannot be guaranteed.
∙ If you are bringing an electric vehicle, you must message us immediately after booking to let us know the connector type you need (J1772 or Tesla). This allows us to prepare the correct charger in advance. Failure to notify us may result in the charger not being available upon your arrival.
∙ For the safety of all guests, surveillance cameras are in use both inside and outside the property. The only indoor camera is located in the entryway and monitors only the entryway. No cameras are placed in any private living or sleeping areas.
∙ A lost key fee of $35 will be charged to your reservation if the room key is not left inside the room at checkout. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
∙ Any items left behind that require return shipping will incur a flat $30 handling fee plus the actual cost of shipping. These charges will be billed to the guest before the item is shipped.
∙ This is a strictly no smoking property, as stated in the house rules. Smoking and vaping are prohibited everywhere on the premises, both indoors and outdoors. This policy also covers any item, substance, or practice that produces airborne particulate matter or results in a detectable smoke odor inside the property, regardless of whether smoking occurred directly inside or outside the listing. If you smoke regularly, or if any personal item, habit, or practice you engage in could produce airborne particulate matter or a smoke odor within the property, we strongly recommend booking a listing that explicitly permits smoking. Violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and/or penalties as outlined by Airbnb.
∙ Complimentary EV charging is provided for guests and is intended exclusively for typical personal use, such as daily commuting and travel during your stay. This benefit is offered under the condition that the vehicle is used solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. If we determine or reasonably suspect that the vehicle is being used for commercial activities, including but not limited to rideshare driving, delivery services, or any other business-related purpose, or if electricity consumption exceeds normal personal use patterns, we reserve the right to discontinue complimentary charging immediately and without prior notice. If you plan to use your vehicle for commercial purposes or anticipate above-average charging needs, please contact us before or during your stay to arrange a daily rate. By using the complimentary EV charging service, you agree to these terms.
