We provide keys for your bedroom and main entrance.
If your priority is to find a very clean and peaceful home, good quality queen bed, plus, en-suite bathroom, at a very LOW expenses, this is one of the rare listing.
We provide clean linens, pillows, towels, a closet for extra storage, and a dining area to enjoy your meal. Please use the dining area or front porch to enjoy your meal.

Limited kitchen with only microwave, refrigerator, toaster, electrical kettle, plates, silverware, are available.

We do not include for extra cleaning other than your room upon checking out, please wipe spilled food on the kitchen floor/counter immediately and keep the kitchen/dining area clean to avoid extra cleaning fees.

Swimming pool is open in summer.

Please respect other guests, read the house rules** NO visitors or additional unregistered guests are allowed in order to keep the place safe and peaceful for you and other special guests.
We have other guests from time to time and house rules are provided for every guest.
