You will be accommodated on the 1st floor of a family house, in an apartment of 80 square meters, in complete privacy, peace and comfort.

This apartment was furnished for visiting friends and family. We are happy to share it with Airbnb guests who are looking for a relaxing home-like environment when not in use. We ask our guests to treat our home with respect and return it in a tidy condition.

There are two bedrooms with a terrace. The accommodation is ideal for bigger families with grownup children, but also for two or three couples.

If you are a couple, you stay in “Sarah” room, with a king bed, If you are a family of three, you get beautiful "Anna" bedroom. Or we can arrange whatever suits you, apartment is all yours!

For larger groups, the sofa in the living room can be used as an extra bed, where two more people can sleep (with a lower level of privacy).

Both bedrooms have an afternoon and the living room has the morning sun.

No smoking/vaping/drugs allowed. You can smoke and vape on terraces or in the backyard.

You will be accommodated in an extremely quiet neighborhood (excluding birds and a stream). But still in close vicinity from Celje, Maribor, Ptuj (30 km), Ljubljana, Graz, Zagreb (100 km). There is a hiking and biking marked trail under your window, so as soon as you go outside, you are on the "health trail".

The small hillside place Lipoglav (pronounced ˈliːpɔɡlau̯) is a settlement in the hills south of Loče in the Municipality of Slovenske Konjice in eastern Slovenia. The area is part of the traditional region of Styria. There are only 168 habitants scattered on the surrounding hills, at an altitude of 350 m.

The place is known for its vineyards and linden trees. Most likely the name Lipoglav is derived from linden trees (lipa).

Our first neighbour on the left has a small white dog that warns all passers-by (100 meters from you), our next neighbour is 500 meters away, on the right. If you crave people — we are the closest, on the ground floor.

Welcome to my profile and home!

Since I discovered Airbnb, I have been here exclusively as a guest, and since May 2022, I have also been a host.

We are a big family, but our children are big too, so as your hosts, my husband, my dog and I are the only residents of the big house. The upper floor, meant for children (children are big, remember?) is empty most of the year and this is our way of filling it!

We will meet and greet you in person and probably see you off in person too.

For anything you need, I am at your disposal! I can not really socialize with my guests because I work from home full time, but I am more than happy to help you with anything! If you come as a tourist and on holiday - you have chosen the right place!

Before you book, read the descriptions of our offer, we tried to cover everything. Do not overlook the dog. :)

During your stay you will have a complete privacy, and we expect you to respect ours, but if you need any help, you can reach us, in person, by phone and all available means of communication.

Unfortunately, we have no time for socializing, since we work from home and have a lot of obligations during a day.
