This stunning, four-bedroom retreat offers a truly meditative experience just a 10-minute drive from Hobart's CBD. With spectacular coastal views and multiple indoor and outdoor living areas, guests will be spoilt for choice when it comes to relaxing and entertaining.

Split over two levels, a light-filled layout offers plenty of space for families or groups. Visit nearby sights or simply cook up a feast at home, lounge by the fireplace, or take a dip in the heated pool overlooking the bay.

Perfectly situated in Hobart's prestigious Sandy Bay with an absolute waterfront location and direct water access, this incredible, four-bedroom stay provides a peaceful base for those wanting to explore this renowned region or simply unwind in their very own luxury retreat. With enchanting views, light, spacious living areas and all the modern conveniences, this unique home is sure to impress.

Guests enter at the ground floor, which opens to a living and dining area and a well-equipped, galley-style kitchen. You’ll find everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and other cooking essentials like pots, pans and utensils. Eat at the six-seater dining table, cosy up in the lounge area in the evenings, or head out to the deck, where you can dine alfresco while soaking up breathtaking views of the bay.

Downstairs, a second living space offers plenty of comfortable seating and a TV, ensuring everyone has their own space to kick back and relax. This lower level also conveniently features a second bathroom and a kitchenette, as well an additional, generously sized deck complete with a heated pool (heated to 30 degrees all year round.

Guests can kick back on the poolside lounges and enjoy a glass of wine at sunset with uninterrupted views of serene Sandy Bay and the mountains in the distance. You can even take a walk on the track and ist by the water's edge.

Four generous and well-appointed bedrooms accommodate nine guests. On the ground floor, the luxurious master bedroom features a king-size bed, a lounge and a TV, plus direct balcony access, while the spacious second bedroom has a queen bed. On the lower floor, the third bedroom features a queen bed with access to the balcony, and the fourth bedroom has a queen and a single bed.

The main bathroom, located on the ground floor, features unique teal blue tiles and offers a luxurious, spa atmosphere. Featuring a shower and a bathtub, you’ll also find all the essentials including soap, shampoo and conditioner, and a hairdryer for guest use. The spacious second bathroom, on the lower level, offers a walk-in shower as well as laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer.

Additional conveniences include Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, and secure parking for two cars on the premises.

The cafes, galleries, restaurants and sights of Hobart are just a 10-minute drive away. Take a ferry to MONA, which features a winery onsite, or wander around the city's picturesque waterfront precinct and visit Salamanca Market, held on Saturdays, to stock up on gourmet product and local arts and crafts.

The historic village of Richmond is approximately 40 minutes' drive, featuring more than 50 Georgian buildings and the oldest gaol in Australia. Other local attractions include World Heritage-listed Port Arthur, Bruny Island, Huon Valley, and the Tasman Peninsula.
