Villa Patrice is a lovely villa situated in the tourist resort of Marina di Massa, only 2 km from the beach.
Completely fenced, the property boasts a private garden with lawn, a covered gazebo with dining table for 4-6 people, and a brickwork barbecue, ideal for preparing tasty grills.
At guests disposal' also a private parking for 1 car.

Internal Description

Internally furnished with maritime decorations, Villa Patrice is spread over 2 floors, can accommodate up to 9 people, has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The property is equipped with Internet Wifi, air conditioning and mosquito nets.
Neither animals nor groups of children under the age of 25 are allowed.

Ground floor: The ground floor, with direct access to the garden, houses a bright open space, consisting of: a tv corner with two comfortable sofas, a dining area with table for 4-6 people, and a kitchen (equipped with breakfast table, oven, fridge, dishwasher and stove).
Following is a double bedroom with wardrobe, and 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub).

First floor: The upper floor, accessible by climbing some stairs, is dedicated to the sleeping area, divided as follows: 2 double bedrooms and 1 triple bedroom (with a double bed and a single bed).

Forte dei Marmi and the other famous seaside resorts of Versilia (such as Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio) are just a few kilometers away.
The Versilia coast – i.e. the great temple of entertainment by night – boasts some exclusive seaside establishments, largely equipped with amenities and services, in order to satisfy every kind of tourist needs.
Lucca (the walled city "of a hundred churches") and Pisa (with its “Leaning Tower”, known all over the world) are less than an hour away by car.
For sports lovers, we sueggst a day-trip to Lake Massaciuccoli where, during spring and summer time, you can practise several sporting activities, including rowing, canoeing and sailing.
