Welcome to this modern, newly renovated oceanfront suite and get ready to experience a memorable vacation. Admire sweeping ocean views, enjoy glorious sunsets, and watch surfers from the comfort of your living room. Even rainy, stormy days are a treat in this home, as you sit by the electric fireplace and watch massive waves roll into the beach. The living area is light and bright and offers high vaulted ceilings, ample wall-to-wall windows with panoramic ocean views, and a cozy bohemian style. This family-friendly condo does not prioritize screen time; there are no TVs in the bedrooms and just a 40" TV with cable hidden above the electric fireplace in the living room. Yes, you can cuddle on the couch and watch a DVD, or catch a football game if you want. But this retreat is truly set up for reading, puzzles, board games, conversation, crafting, and enjoying your 180-degree view of the ocean. Bedroom one offers a comfortable bed and a stormy nautical theme, while bedroom two features queen-size bunk beds and a window that allows guests to enjoy peek-a-boo views of the ocean from the top bunk.

The oceanfront "Tides by the Sea" is ideally located at the southern tip of the famous Seaside Promenade, with grounds that include a seasonally heated outdoor pool, barbeque grills, and picnic areas. Walks on the beach are just outside your door. There's a coffee shop, a pub, and a small grocery store just one block away. You are four blocks from the Seaside Golf Course and one mile northeast of the scenic Tillamook Head Trail. Broadway Street - which marks the center of downtown Seaside and is lined with shops, casual eateries, and entertainment - is only three-quarters of a mile up the Promenade.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 1 vehicles. Your parking permits will be provided upon check-in, located at the front desk. Campers and boats are not allowed. There are unmarked parking spots on the west and south sides of the property. All other vehicles must park along the road where public parking is permitted. DO NOT park in the gravel area next to The Tides, your vehicle will be towed if it is left overnight.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
